The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Vice President of Canada and acts as a key link between Finance and the Canadian Commercial Team. This role provides financial, strategic, and analytical expertise to support business decisions that drive long-term, profitable growth.
As a member of the Canadian Distribution Channel Leadership Team, the Finance Business Partner will lead high-impact activities such as financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and business case development. They will deliver actionable insights into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, proactively identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business intuition, influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of leadership. This role requires thought leadership, negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of commercial dynamics to provide objective counsel and enable informed decision-making.

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full-time position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role is set at $122,400 – 130,000. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or sales incentive payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
