Ready for a hands-on career with variety, travel, and growth? Join REIC Specialty / Cahill Heating as a Field Service Technician and work on industry-leading heating, cooling and power equipment that keeps projects moving in some of the toughest environments.

What You'll Do
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America — no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical / technical background (diesel, HVAC, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road.
  • Safety-focused and customer-driven.
  • Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-first oriented environment.
