Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in field-based and corporate HSSEM roles.
• Experience in advisory roles within the energy sector, specifically upstream.
• Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC and BC-ER regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of HSSEM programs aligned with BC-ER and WorkSafeBC.
• Lead risk assessments and improve safety performance.
• Develop dashboards to track safety metrics and identify trends.
