The Role

The Feed Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing feed performance across aquaculture sites by leveraging AI tools, real‑time data analytics, and technician coaching. This position ensures that feeding strategies are executed effectively, performance data is reviewed regularly, and opportunities for bio‑gain are maximized with minimal surprises.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Feeding Oversight
  • Monitor and evaluate the application of Co‑Pilot/AI Feeding systems across sites.
  • Ensure consistent and strategic utilization of AI tools to optimize feed efficiency.
Technician Coaching
  • Provide one‑on‑one coaching to Feed Technicians to enhance their understanding and use of AI Feeding systems.
  • Support continuous learning and performance improvement.
Real‑Time Feed Monitoring
  • Review feed output using PowerBI dashboards to identify outliers and missed opportunities.
  • Ensure timely intervention and adjustment to feeding strategies as required.
Daily SFR Data Review
  • Lead daily meetings with Feed Technicians to analyze SFR data.
  • Identify anomalies and implement mitigation strategies.
Fortnightly Performance Analysis
  • Conduct biweekly reviews of fish performance data to assess inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure harvest projections and standing biomass estimates are precise.
Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute a daily report to senior management.
