Responsibilities
  • As a Spa Attendant, you will deliver a professional and personalized spa experience, providing expert care and attention to detail during treatments, ensuring our guests leave with memorable and enjoyable experiences to share.
  • Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines.
  • Cross-train on spa desk duties to cover breaks and vacation.
  • Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
  • Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner.
  • Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in spa or hospitality industry
  • First Aid and CPR certification (asset)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
