What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance on residential properties, including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general upkeep.
  • Use Yardi to efficiently track, complete, and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Prepare rental suites for new residents, including painting, fixture installation, and minor renovations.
  • Identify issues with appliances, boilers, furnaces, hot water tanks, and plumbing systems; ensure prompt and effective repairs.
  • Install blinds, light fixtures, doors, cabinets, and counters, while performing caulking and grouting as needed.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to handle urgent maintenance needs.
  • Work closely with site staff, residents, and property managers to ensure maintenance concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
  • 2–4 years of maintenance or related experience, ideally in residential property management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities to enhance the tenant experience.
  • A customer‑service mindset, ensuring high‑quality service for residents.
  • Basic hand tools required for the role.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed for site visits.
  • Must successfully pass a Police Information Check.
