Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks of the building and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily repair requisitions in a timely manner.

Skills

Knowledge of commercial electrical systems

Knowledge of plumbing systems

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Competence with general physical plant repairs

Ability to handle multiple projects
