Face to Face Fundraiser Manager — Location: Calgary — Reports To: National Fundraising Director

Up Fundraising is a mission-driven organization focused on supporting impactful causes. We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven F2F Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in the charity sector, capable of leading teams and delivering strong fundraising outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and set clear goals for fundraising teams. Monitor progress to ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
  • Performance Strategy: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop action plans to address challenges. Review cancellation reports and implement corrective actions to improve donor retention.
  • Field Operations: Actively work in the field alongside fundraising teams, including outdoors and in inclement weather conditions. Conduct weekly field visits, assess team performance, and provide effective "turf" (locations) that support success in face-to-face fundraising.
  • Administrative Management: Submit weekly reports, track team metrics, and handle pay/incentive issues with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Culture: Foster a positive, mission-driven culture. Recognize achievements, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues proactively.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in team management, preferably within the nonprofit or face-to-face fundraising sector.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams while staying aligned with the organization’s charitable mission.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions as part of a dynamic field-based team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
