About the Opportunity
  • Engineer and optimize Microsoft Fabric platform for enterprise-scale analytics.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Fabric & Power BI deployments across environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
  • Automate workflows for provisioning, dataset refreshes, and governance using PowerShell, Python, or Fabric APIs.
  • Define and enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards for Fabric usage.
  • Collaborate with architects to address platform gaps and fast-track Fabric adoption.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models, composite models, and Direct Lake.
  • Ensure security and governance (RLS, OLS, Purview compliance).
About You
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD for analytics workloads using Git and tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Fabric APIs for automation.
  • Advanced DAX expertise and performance tuning for large datasets.
  • Strong data modeling skills and experience with Lakehouse/Dataflows.
Bonus Items
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for governance.
  • Experience with capacity planning and performance optimization at enterprise scale.
  • Knowledge of scripting for governance checks and workspace automation.
  • Exposure to composite models and Direct Lake concepts.
Salary Range

$150-180,000/year
