Position Summary

The HoneyBadger Team is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team of professionals. We are looking for like-minded individuals who display grit, integrity, hard work, and an ability to think outside the box.

This is a full time, fully onsite position out of our downtown Vancouver office. The successful candidate will support the CEO of HoneyBadger Bitcoin as well as the COO of our sister company, HoneyBadger EV Charging.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the seamless flow of operations within the executive office. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional with exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adaptability is key – you must have the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative functions of the CEO and COO, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the business, planning process, various project timelines and clients in order to prioritize competing needs of the executives
  • Orchestrate complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall effectiveness of the executive office.
  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations; serve as a key point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in executive or administrative support
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional correspondence.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adept with CRMs (eg. Salesforce)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
