A hospitality company in Cape Breton Regional Municipality is seeking a Housekeeping personnel to maintain the cleanliness of public areas, ensure safety, and support a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and maintaining strong communication with all operational departments.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas of the hotel while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment. Ensures adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
