A leading food service company is seeking a full-time Event Sales Coordinator for Queen's University. This role involves managing events like weddings and conferences, ensuring client satisfaction through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. This position may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
We are hiring for a full-time Event Sales Coordinator position for one of our locations on Queen's University main campus with Aramark Canada and Queen's Hospitality Services.
The Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for the sales and coordination of special events, such as weddings, conferences, retirements, and general events for internal and external customers at Queen’s University Club.
Working in collaboration with the Catering Director, the Event Sales Coordinator will support the sales process, planning, coordination, and execution of events throughout the year. The successful candidate will liaise with a wide range of Queen’s members and departments, as well as community members, service providers, corporate guests, conference planners, and campus guests. The candidate will provide event management support to ensure client satisfaction.
