Job description

This position has a Commitment to Excellence in guest service, while providing necessary safety and security support to guests visiting Princess Auto Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior fan service while ensuring proper building and safety protocols are being followed
• Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.)
• Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conducted
• Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility
• Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed
• Interact with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees
• Enforce rules and regulations of the facility
• Provide directional assistance, as needed, by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility
• Provide professionalism, courtesy, and respect to all guests and fellow employees
