What You’ll Do
Client Support
  • Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox cleanups
  • Support meetings: notes, action items, follow‑ups
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Create documents: SOPs, templates, processes
  • Light CRM updates, bookkeeping and basic social support (LinkedIn, IG, FB)
  • Learn each client’s world quickly and adapt to their style
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Communicate with client teams professionally and clearly
Internal Support
  • Assist NP leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows
  • Participate in training and ongoing development
Tools

You’ll work inside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You don’t need to know everything now, but you must be able to learn fast.

  • ClickUp experience is a bonus
  • Certificate or diploma in business/admin is helpful but not required
Hiring Process

  • 25 minute technical interview (includes live testing of knowledge in ClickUp & Google based on your self‑rating)
  • 30 minute final interview
Compensation
  • $43,680 - $47,840 annually (with growth opportunities within the company)
  • 120 hours PTO (Combined sick/personal/vacation - whatever you want)
  • $2000 Health Spending account (after 90 days)
