Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform all types of inspection process: First Article, In-Process, Final Inspections.
  • Ensure correct methods and tools are used for inspection.
  • Verify production parts to approved specifications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Control Inspector located in Ontario, CA. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through inspections, quality management, and adherence to standards. They will communicate effectively with the production team to maintain high-quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform all of the following types of inspection process: First Article Inspections, In-Process Inspections and Final Inspections.
  • Ensure correct methods, tools and criteria are used for inspection.
  • Verify production parts to approved engineering drawings/blueprints, inspection checklists, work instructions and customer specifications.
  • Prepare and use standard documentation for inspection cert and report.
  • Prepare AS 9102 Aerospace First Article Inspections Report (FAIR).
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming material to be properly documented and recorded.
