A leading media investment management company is seeking an entry-level position in the billing department located in Toronto, Ontario. The candidate will be responsible for requesting media and production billing across various agencies, transferring Interco-billing to a shared drive, and managing unbilled reports. Essential skills include basic Excel knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to work overtime if necessary. Post-secondary education is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DDS/Mediaocean would be an asset.
• Shift flexibility with the ability to work over-time on an emergency basis.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Request media and production billing for all agencies.
• Transfer Interco-billing to shared drive.
• Run unbilled reports (Accent, Writer).
• Verify billing requests.
• Deal with billing issues.
• Work with SFS Client Finance on billing related issues.
• Other duties as required.
