• Serve as technical expert interfacing with enterprise customers.
• Drive product discovery and product demonstrations.
• Act as the primary technical resource during integrations.
• Deliver solutioning for partners post-integration.
• Communicate technical requests to product and engineering teams.
• Create resources for partners and internal teams.
