The Sudbury office is looking for an Engineer-in-Training, Municipal to join their team.

Duties
  • Preparation of preliminary and final designs for road reconstruction and infrastructure renewal projects, stormwater projects, culverts, watermains, sanitary and storm sewers and grading.
  • Preparation and coordination of approvals, tender documents, cost estimating, contract documents and reports.
  • Preparation and editing of AutoCAD and Civil 3D design drawings as required.
  • Participation in contract administration services and inspections where required.
  • Other duties as required where appropriate for the position.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • 0-3 years’ engineering experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Membership with the PEO is an asset.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an asset.
  • Demonstrates superior English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in an interactive team atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of Microstation and InRoads is an asset.
  • Construction inspection and/or survey experience is beneficial.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
