A leading Canadian university in London, Ontario is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to manage the Provost's daily calendar and ensure effective planning for engagements. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, with a requirement for a relevant undergraduate degree and five years of experience in a similar position. Salary Grade 13: $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing the planning, organization, and implementation of the Provost’s daily and long-range calendar. This includes scheduling and coordinating all meetings, organizing and tracking all requests for the Provost’s time, and ensuring the Provost has all relevant information at-hand for engagements and commitments. The Engagement Coordinator will conduct research in preparation for meetings and events, including sourcing and summarizing purpose of meeting, participant biographies, correspondence, and relevant social media activity, as well as identifying what supports are needed for the Provost’s participation (e.g. speeches, formal responses, etc.) and engaging the appropriate party to coordinate those supports.
