Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on-site, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide installations.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.

Skills

Journeyman Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred)
Strong knowledge of conduit bending, wiring, and electrical systems

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our team on exciting commercial and light industrial projects across the Lower Mainland. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee crews, ensure quality and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on‑site, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide installations.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.
What We’re Looking For
