U+ Toastmasters' Youth Volunteer Connects Program is funded by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12 - 30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community.

What you’ll be doing

Are you passionate about creativity, social media, and community engagement? Join U+ Toastmasters as a Volunteer and make a positive impact on the community while promoting our inspiring public speaking and leadership programs!

What You’ll Do
  • Assess Educational Needs: Evaluate schools, programs, or individual learners to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement in curriculum, instruction, or policy.
  • Develop Tailored Solutions: Design customized strategies, resources, or training plans to improve educational outcomes, support student engagement, or implement reforms.
  • Advise on Curriculum and Instruction: Provide expert guidance on curriculum design, teaching methodologies, instructional materials, and learning technologies.
  • Support Professional Development: Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching for educators, administrators, or educational staff.
  • Analyze Data and Provide Insights: Interpret student performance data, program metrics, or institutional reports to support evidence-based recommendations.
  • Stay Current on Trends and Policies: Keep up with education policies, standards, research, and innovations to ensure recommendations are relevant and compliant.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with school leaders, teachers, parents, government agencies, or private organizations to support shared educational goals.
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping long-term educational strategies, accreditation efforts, or institutional planning initiatives.

This is a volunteer position, ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening their marketing skills.

  • Age between 12 - 30
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to completing basic training
  • Fluency in English
