Job Responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound calls with Liberty Sales Representatives and Technicians for account creation and credit check support, customer welcome calls, installation scheduling and support, account updates etc…
  • Review and daily maintenance of the departmental dashboards
  • Service Call follow-up and completion of quality assurance requirements
  • Review and processing customers upfront and first month’s invoices and payment
  • Being present, engaged, and available to answer questions and/or resolve team issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Other projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager
Candidate Qualifications
  • The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills and team work.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct data comparisons and identify differences and similarities.
  • Demonstrated affinity and ability to manage data with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability and commitment to maintain consistency and accuracy with repetitive high-volume data review.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with an ability to work in a high paced environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the security industry in Canada is preferred, but not required.
