ABOUT THE ROLE

As an E-commerce Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our online activities, primarily for the Canadian market (D2C site and marketplaces). Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will help ensure the quality, fluidity, and performance of our digital operations. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills, in an environment where versatility and rigor are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES PRINCIPALES
  • Ensure product catalog updates and consistency (descriptions, images, pricing, promotions) on the D2C site and marketplaces.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on the site: visuals, links, texts, UX, customer journey.
  • Contribute to executing email (CRM) campaigns: programming, segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the launch of promotional campaigns and ensure their proper execution.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, retention, campaign performance) and recommend optimizations.
  • Support the management and optimization of marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon) by ensuring product listings’ quality and consistency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to the site (UX, features, reporting).
  • Assist with budget and timeline tracking for assigned projects.
  • Actively collaborate on digital marketing initiatives and team brainstorming sessions.
PROFILE RECHERCHÉ
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce management.
  • Technical knowledge: CMS (Shopify is an asset), SEO/SEM, analytics tools (GA4), CRM (Klaviyo or equivalent).
  • Analytical, rigorous, and organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curious and proactive, staying up to date with digital trends and e-commerce best practices.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (logistics, customer service, marketing).
  • Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)

  • Effectuer le suivi qualité (QA) du site : visuels, liens, textes, UX, parcours client.
  • Contribuer à l’exécution des campagnes emailing (CRM) : programmation, segmentation, tests A/B, suivi des résultats.
  • Coordonner la mise en ligne des campagnes promotionnelles et s’assurer de leur bonne exécution.
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (trafic, conversion, rétention, performance des campagnes) et proposer des optimisations.
  • Appuyer la gestion et l’optimisation des comptes marketplaces (ex. Amazon) en assurant la qualité et la cohérence des listings produits.
  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue liés au site (UX, fonctionnalités, reporting).
  • Soutenir le suivi des budgets et des échéanciers pour les projets sous responsabilité.
  • Collaborer activement aux initiatives marketing digitales et aux brainstormings d’équipe.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Baccalauréat en marketing digital, e-commerce ou domaine connexe.
  • 2–3 années d’expérience en marketing numérique et/ou gestion e-commerce.
  • Connaissances techniques : CMS (Shopify un atout), SEO/SEM, outils d’analytics (GA4), CRM (Klaviyo ou équivalent).
  • Esprit analytique, rigoureux et organisé, avec une capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Curiosité et proactivité, à l’affût des tendances numériques et des meilleures pratiques en e-commerce.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements (logistique, service client, marketing).
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’alimentation biologique et durable.
