Overview

Role Context: As a Service Delivery Director and Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Practice Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and delivering services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O within CGI. You will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the practice, the operational management of teams, the oversight of ongoing deliveries, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership & Management
    • Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Dynamics F&O practice in alignment with CGI's business objectives.
    • Recruit, develop, and lead practice talent (functional consultants, technical experts, and architects).
    • Ensure continuous skill development and certification of team members.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the practice.
  • Service Delivery & Engagement Management
    • Oversee delivery of Dynamics F&O projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Establish and track performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Support project directors and team leads in resolving complex issues and making critical decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with CGI methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Business Development & Client Relationship
    • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.
    • Actively contribute to value propositions and client presentations for strategic accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
    • Develop service offerings and accelerators to strengthen CGI's competitiveness in the Dynamics market.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Stay informed on technological and competitive trends in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and internal tools.
    • Manage practice profitability plans and optimize resource allocation.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in ERP project and program management, with several years in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem.
  • Strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, VP).
  • Results-driven, business-oriented, and skilled in building long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of service delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in solution design and presales.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in English and French language capabilities (as listed).
