As the Director, Strategy and Execution, you will play a pivotal role within our Technology, and Analytics (TA) team, directly supporting our vision for seamless end-user experience and scalable and secure technology solutions. Reporting to the VP, Technology & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of the TA strategy and key initiatives for our Lifemark Technology Ecosystem, IT Operations and Analytics functions.
This role demands deep collaboration with business partners, technical enablement teams, and product and delivery leads, ensuring that patient and client objectives are achieved through strategic planning, strong risk management by design, and effective program governance, with a strategic focus on evolving microservices & data architecture and modern foundational technologies.
