A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a District Manager Sales in Windsor, Ontario. The role focuses on driving retail sales performance, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through strong dealer partnerships. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong analytical background. This position offers a collaborative work environment and growth opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and paid time off.
Remote - Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee will live in the Windsor, Ontario area and be onsite at each dealership at least once monthly, with travel a minimum of three (3) days each week. Travel for corporate meetings and training is required approximately four (4) times a year.

In conjunction with the Regional Manager and the Regional Marketing Managers, the District Manager Sales will deploy initiatives towards the achievement of retail sales and market share, maximize revenue, in addition to building strong partnership with the Dealers by driving sales performance and improving customer experience.
The District Manager Sales will be responsible for leading, motivating and influencing their Dealers within Windsor (District 1).
In conjunction with the Regional Manager and the Regional Marketing Managers, the District Manager Sales will deploy initiatives towards the achievement of retail sales and market share goals, maximize revenue, in addition to building strong partnerships with the Dealers by driving sales performance and improving customer experience.
