What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve retail sales and market share objectives through effective action plans
- Identify and analyze sales opportunities to enhance performance in the District
- Develop strategies to maximize vehicle ordering coverage

- Drive revenue performance in accessories and other adjacency sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with District Sales Manager experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of sales growth and relationship building
- Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel frequently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a District Manager in sales, preferably 2 years
- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Business or related field, with an MBA being advantageous
