RBC Technology Infrastructure (TI) is executing one of the most ambitious transformation agendas in the bank’s history - modernizing platforms, automating operations, and building the foundation for the Bank of Tomorrow.
This role is part of the TI Strategic Planning & Execution team mandated to help define and support TI’s bold ambitions and transformation journey. As Director, TI Strategic Planning, you will be instrumental in being a strategic thought partner, challenger, and problem-solver working to co‑develop, and detail key TI strategies and programs to drive evolution of the TI organization. The successful candidate will work closely with members of TI Strategic Planning & Execution team, TI Senior Leaders, and their respective teams from across the organization to develop & further core strategic narratives, roadmaps and materials in preparation for on‑going TI SLT, T&O OC and RBC GE / Board governance routines. The successful candidate will drive thought leadership for key strategic programs driving TI organization and broader business objectives (e.g., Workforce Transformation, Change Management, etc.).
