A leading voice solutions company in Canada is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and lead a small team. Responsibilities include developing compelling messaging, conducting market research, and enabling sales teams. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing, with strengths in communication and leadership. We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the charge in crafting go-to-market strategies, defining positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, enabling our sales teams, and uncovering market opportunities. You’ll lead a small team of product marketers, and be the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing and customer success. You’ll also play a key role in how we take our actor‑centric AI voice, voice dataset and voice‑over offerings to market.
We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in‑office day per month on pre‑set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
Salary Range: $165,000 – $200,000
A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
