A digital marketing agency in Vancouver seeks an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and build client relationships. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office per week. Candidates should have over 10 years in sales and experience leading teams. The position includes a commission structure with uncapped earnings potential. War Room is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our growing team! Reporting to the CRO, you will take a hands-on role in driving revenue growth, building new client relationships, and positioning our services to meet client needs. This is currently an individual contributor role, focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business. As War Room grows, this role offers the opportunity to shape and scale our sales function, with the future potential to build and lead a high-performing team.
Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.

This role also includes a commission structure in addition to the base pay. The commission structure is uncapped and includes the ability to earn $45,000 in OTEs.
