What you can expect when joining the team

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Corporate Finance will play a key role in the company's financial strategy. He/she will be responsible for supporting external growth initiatives, leading financing activities, managing shareholder relations, and contributing to various financial and accounting projects at the corporate level.

Your daily responsibilities

In your day to day, you will be led to:

  • Actively participate in identifying, analyzing, financial modeling, and executing M&A opportunities;

  • Manage due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration processes;

  • Coordinate fundraising (debt, equity, grants) in collaboration with external partners;

  • Maintain and develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and shareholders;

  • Prepare strategic financial presentations for the board of directors and stakeholders;

  • Collaborate with accounting, legal, and operational teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.


Your profile

Are you a strategic, rigorous, action-oriented professional, known for your ability to navigate smoothly in complex and fast-growing environments?   • A CPA, CFA, or MBA professional designation (an asset);

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, or consulting;

  • Experience in a high-growth environment or in the technology or healthcare sector (an asset);

  • Excellent skills in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and communication;

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;

  • The ability to commute to the Montreal or Quebec office three times a week;

  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
