We’re seeking a marketing leader with a broad understanding of marketing and analytics paired with a passion for creating positive member experiences on digital and traditional marketing channels. This leader will champion targeted digital marketing and marketing technology innovation that drives measurable results through collaboration. They will guide a talented management team that works with business leaders and an incredible network of local Co‑op marketers to strengthen a purpose‑driven brand that resonates with customers, members and communities across Western Canada.
This position is a hybrid opportunity, preferably based in Saskatoon, SK. However, base location may be flexible depending on the candidate.
You will join a marketing team that has received multiple awards and accolades from respected industry associations. You will be one of two directors reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP), Brand & Marketing. Your role will foster a culture of innovation, encourage employee engagement, and drive value creation. The successful candidate will lead 6 direct reports and their teams to design programs that support both central strategies and local operational effectiveness.
