A leading community-focused technology company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead growth strategies and oversee a marketing team. This role involves developing demand generation programs, driving brand messaging, and fostering collaboration with sales and partners. Ideal candidates will have extensive B2B experience in SaaS marketing and proven leadership within high-revenue companies. The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000 and is open to remote candidates based in Canada.

We’re looking for a Director, Marketing to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As the Director of Traction Rec’s Marketing team, you will oversee a team working to expand Traction Rec’s reach and presence with prospects, customers, partners and candidates. We are building the best vertical software in the Salesforce ecosystem and we are looking for growth focused individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for a people leader who is a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor. This role will report to the CRO and be responsible for significantly growing and scaling our marketing team. This person should have experience in 8-figure ARR SaaS companies thriving in fast paced environments powered by a values-driven, trusted brand that generates opportunity and growth potential. You are the most prominent voice in the company for building and owning pipeline. This role is for someone who is a builder at heart, happy to be hands-on, and motivated by growth potential.

At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $120,000-$140,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
