To serve its needs and sustain its growth ambitions, GreenShield is looking to hire a Director, Legal Affairs to join its legal team and have primary responsibility for its insurance line of business and activities in Quebec. Working closely with business and operations leaders, you will play a key role in supporting GreenShield’s operations across. In this role, you will provide timely and strategic legal advice on a wide range of insurance and health matters, from regulatory compliance and product development to marketing, licensing and contract negotiation, to name a few. You will also support strategic partnerships, RFPs, and the resolution of claims and disputes. You will contribute to GreenShield’s growth in Quebec by advising on the delivery and distribution of products and services tailored to this market.
