A leading financial institution is seeking a Director within their CFO team in Mississauga. This role involves strategic leadership in finance and actuarial transformations, demanding extensive knowledge of IFRS standards. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in senior financial roles and strong project management skills. This is a full-time, salaried position that promotes a flexible work-life balance.
What is the opportunity?
You will serve as a key leader within the RBC Insurance CFO team, acting as a strategic business partner and principal advisor across financial accounting, performance management, and planning and forecasting activities. You will hold primary responsibility for the strategic direction and execution of large-scale finance & actuarial transformation initiatives, including automation efforts related to major accounting standards implementation. This role demands high-level collaboration with senior business partners, including IT and Actuarial leadership, to pinpoint significant financial optimization opportunities.
