A leading SaaS company in Halifax, Canada, seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth and lead their growth marketing team. The role involves managing paid marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle strategies while influencing cross-functional initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a proven history in the SaaS sector, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to lead complex projects. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of FreshBooks’ growth engine across paid marketing, demand generation, lifecycle, community, and revenue acceleration programs. You will be responsible for driving pipeline, improving conversion, and fueling sustainable ARR growth across our global customer base. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires strong analytical rigor, a deep understanding of SaaS growth levers, and the ability to orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives spanning Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Brand Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with long‑term aspirations toward VP Marketing, GM, or CRO roles.

At FreshBooks, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. The total annual compensation for this role ranges from CA$145,000 to CA$182,000, which may include participation in our incentive programs. Additionally, this position offers an equity grant and immediate enrollment in FreshBooks' comprehensive benefits program.
