A fleet management company in Toronto is looking for a Director, Product to lead the strategy and development of their SME product platform. We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as Director, Product. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy, development, launch, and continuous evolution of Element’s Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) product platform. You will be accountable for delivering a scalable and profitable product offering aligned to client needs. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams to finalize product structure, implement operating model and go‑to‑market plans, while driving innovation and operational excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes (growth, profitability, client satisfaction). You will be a strategic thought leader within the organization and across the broader market.
Location: Toronto
The hiring base salary range for this position is $133,400 - $183,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
