Overview

Digital Dentistry Assistant Manager Salary range: $60,000 – 80,000

Responsibilities

• Manage all digital Pro-guide implant planning in collaboration with surgeons and dentists.
• Work with the designated company technical team to ensure the surgery guides are synchronized to prosthetic restoration plans.
• Manage full-arch “all-on-4” or “all-on-6” guided surgical plans together with temporary, already converted bridges.
• Collaborate with the designated technical team from the pre-prosthetic planning stage to ensure a quality outcome.
• Oversee full processes including bone reduction surgery guides, bites, surgery guide plans, print models, place implant analogs, and restore temporary bridges for all full-arch cases.
• Become an expert on implant systems used in our lab (e.g., Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Astra Tech, BioHorizons, Zimmer/Biomet and others).
• Proficiently use digital planning software such as coDiagnostiX, DDX, 360 imagine and others.
• Learn and effectively use Zirkonzahn’s Face Hunter PlaneSystem.
• Provide troubleshooting for 3D printing issues and liaise with equipment manufacturers as needed.
• Update and maintain DME libraries for the CAD/CAM department to import latest components.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service department to provide technical support and solutions to Doctors as required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of digital technology such as CBCT to support surgeons in planning procedures using software such as co-Diagnostix, 3Shape Implant Studio and 360 DPS.
• Must be knowledgeable with oral surgical procedures as well as implant restorations.
• Must have good knowledge of major implant systems.
• Ability to work effectively with digital, CAD/CAM and prosthetic teams to provide complete planning utilizing Face Hunter software.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning the latest advancements in digital technology.
• Excellent communication skills – English language
• At least 1 year of CAD/CAM experience. Dental degree preferred.
• Personal Skills: Excellent customer service, Leadership, Ability to work independently, Self-starter, Excellent organization, Detail-oriented, Good people skills.
