Delivery Driver (Transportation)
We are hiring a full‑time Delivery Driver to join our team in Windsor! If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service with craft beer and are available to work five days per week, Monday‑Friday, starting at 7 am – 3:30 pm (Tuesday starts at 6 am), please read our description below. This position is responsible for managing assigned delivery routes, route relief, delivery assistance, and internal transfers. The role requires a lot of flexibility and adaptability, suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The Delivery Driver represents our company professionally and effectively, ensuring prompt and efficient deliveries while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver product within assigned delivery route in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our wholesale accounts
- Utilize the Encompass system when delivering product
- Check off invoices for correct delivery and collect payment from accounts
- Turn in receipts and money received during deliveries
- Maintain and clean delivery vehicles
- Maintain records such as vehicle logs, cargo records, or billing statements in accordance with regulations
- Obey all traffic laws and follow all established traffic and transportation procedures and company safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment (gas, oil, water, tires, lights, brakes) to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition
- Assist the sales team with auditing and merchandising Russian River accounts and logging stops into a shared CRM
- Assist with warehouse duties when necessary
- Pull inventory to build internal transfers and ensure all items ordered are delivered when necessary
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum one-year commercial delivery driving experience (in a similar role)
- Any combination of equivalent education and experience likely to provide the required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying
- Current forklift experience preferred

Requirements
- Current/valid California Driver’s License; driving record must be insurable
- Must be able to work Monday‑Friday
- Must be 21 years of age
