Responsibilities
  • Ensuring follow-up on quality control inspections.
  • Providing the necessary training to employees in your department.
  • Collaborating with the evening coordinator for production task planning.
  • Informing the day coordinator daily of any production delays, analyzing the causes, and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Performing and/or supervising job setups.
  • Notifying the evening coordinator of any non-compliance with procedures.
  • Continuously proposing innovative work methods to improve productivity.
  • Providing technical support to production employees.
  • Sug gesting new approaches or topics to optimize training quality.
  • Completing and ensuring completion of all required production documents.
  • Encouraging effective communication among team members.
  • Ensuring factory regulations are followed at all times.
  • Collaborating with the evening coordinator to manage non-compliance cases or disciplinary issues.
  • Maintaining constant oversight of cleanliness and safety in work areas.
  • Informing employees about safety rules and ensuring strict compliance.
  • Reviewing the quality commitment manual annually and making necessary updates.
  • Implementing corrections following deviations and verifying CCP and CP points.
  • Training the team annually on the quality commitment manual.
  • Performing any other related tasks as needed for operations.
