About the Role
As an early member of Everflow’s Data Science team, you will help shape our AI strategy and build AI‑powered solutions for internal operations and product offerings. Your focus will be on designing scalable data pipelines, generating insights, and automating processes using GCP‑based tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML and Gemini Enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines that support ML applications and AI agents.
- Lead the end‑to‑end data science lifecycle, from data exploration and cleaning to production‑ready deployments, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
- Deploy intelligent agents with Gemini Enterprise and other LLM platforms to automate complex tasks and deliver actionable insights to Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost‑efficiency of our data infrastructure, ensuring lean resource usage and high pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform—BigQuery (including BigQuery ML), Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer (Airflow) and Vertex AI.
- Hands‑on knowledge of data‑integration tools to build and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
- Practical experience deploying ML models on Vertex AI and experimenting with LLMs via Gemini Enterprise.
- Experience with Terraform or IAM configuration on GCP is a plus.
- Ownership mindset: capable of driving projects from inception to completion.
- Problem‑solving skills: able to uncover data sources, optimize processes and “get the job done.”
- Strong communication: able to convey technical concepts to developers and business stakeholders alike.
- Product‑oriented: treat data as a product that provides useful, accessible information.

- Background in marketing technology or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL workflows.
- Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 CAD per year.
- Bonus Potential: Performance‑based incentive program.
