• Wage: $18.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Prepare an extensive variety of food items utilizing standardized recipes
• Inspect that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain accurate food inventories and kitchen supplies
• Order food ingredients, supplies, and equipment
• May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and costs
• May hire and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and food handling

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
