What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
  • Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations with accuracy and care
  • Handle payments and keep records tidy and organized
  • Help travelers with check‑in, luggage, and boarding
  • Keep the ticket office running smoothly (and looking good)
  • Share your knowledge and problem‑solving skills to make each trip easier
What We’re Looking For
  • A natural people‑person with a helpful, positive attitude
  • Comfortable with computers (bonus if you’re good with Microsoft Office)
  • Quick thinker who stays calm when problem‑solving
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to pitch in as part of a teamFlexible with scheduling (weekend availability is a must)
  • Bonus points: First Aid training, previous customer service experience
