Join Our Team in the Petroleum Division located at the Innisfail Agro Centre!

Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining safety standards? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Join our Petroleum Division team at our Innisfail site as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch! We are seeking a motivated professional who excels in delivering outstanding service and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Position

Customer Service Representative/Dispatch

Part-time

24 – 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability

Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with increased availability as required for training and coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns in a timely, positive manner.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures.
  • Utilize proper telephone etiquette.
  • Follow start-of-day and end-of-day procedures and complete proper documentation.
  • Handle sales transactions and manage office supplies.
  • Process fuel and bulk lube orders accurately, dispatch orders efficiently, and complete daily fuel reconciliations.
  • Collect and provide accurate information to internal and external customers.
  • Operate equipment safely and responsibly; perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Collaborate with Ag and Petroleum Division teams to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
