Centennial Carstar Moncton is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative!

NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Moncton, Moncton, New Brunswick

HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

WAGES: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)

THE PERFECT FIT: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who prioritizes exceptional service and brings a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor to the role. Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills are key, as you’ll be facilitating rental transactions, assisting customers with bookings, vehicle pick‑ups, and returns, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required, we’re ready to train the right candidate. MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
  • Provide information on rental options and assist with the reservation process, including processing payments.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and provide timely updates throughout their service experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, helpful, and solution‑oriented service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing and posting invoices.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, repairs, and updates.
  • Coordinate sublet repairs and follow up on back‑ordered parts and return credits.
  • Support the team by working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
  • Pre-closing files for insurance
