Responsibilities
  1. Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  2. Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions and requests.
  3. Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
  4. Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements
  • Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP)
  • Finance accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., LLQP, CIFC, or the CSC)
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to acquire new skill sets to accept new challenges
  • An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence is considered an asset
