  • Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Handles customer and Associate concerns and provides guidance.
  • Monitors Front End associates ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.
  • Provides training to Associates on systems and Company procedures.
  • Oversees purchase, return and exchange transactions.
  • Ensures EAS systems are functioning to standard.
  • Prepares registers for opening and closing daily and supports cashiers.
  • Oversees and promotes all company sponsor programs and initiatives.
