The Opportunity :

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a CRM Specialist, Marketing to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the CRM Specialist, Marketing you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for direct digital channels (email, app, personalization), contributing to acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty goals. The position reports to the CRM Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and maintain the calendar of ad hoc digital campaigns across all direct channels (email, app, personalization)
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation and monitoring of automated journeys and life-cycle based campaigns across all channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign creation and execution are delivered on time and with minimal executional issues
  • With support of the Manager, CRM Marketing, contribute to campaign messaging, segmentation and personalization tactics based on a solid understanding of business and campaign level objectives
  • Coordinate execution of cooperative marketing activities to ensure all digital direct marketing commitments are fulfilled
  • Support campaign testing plans, ensuring requirements are implemented across all relevant channels
  • Contribute to and implement campaign briefs across all digital direct channels.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Creative, Communications, Brand and Translation teams, to brief, acquire and traffic all content necessary for digital direct campaigns
  • Ensure all content is on brand, supports campaign objectives and is aligned across all channels
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing coordinators to support execution of campaigns, playing a key role in quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain processes for tracking multi-channel campaign results, both at a campaign and program level
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance with a view to increase conversion and customer lifetime value
  • Contribute to the development and communication of Digital Direct business reviews weekly, monthly quarterly, annually.
What You’ll Need
  • 1 - 3 years of CRM experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with direct channels such as email
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail within a fast paced environment
  • Strong English communication skills : French considered an asset
  • A customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
