The National Industry Programs team is at the forefront of driving growth and innovation within CIBC’s Commercial Banking division. This dynamic team provides sales enablement support to account managers, serves as a trusted resource for risk managers, and develops new programs and marketing strategies to accelerate segment growth.
The Income Producing Properties Credit Underwriter, National Industry Programs, is responsible for supporting the credit underwriting process for commercial lending within CIBC’s Commercial Banking Diversified team. This role focuses on credit analysis, risk assessment, and the preparation of credit submissions for review by Risk Management. The Underwriter will collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners to ensure the effective management of commercial loan portfolios, retention of existing clients and deepening of relationships.
