The Opportunity

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Creative Multimedia Designer, you will bring brands to life through compelling motion, video, and digital storytelling. This multifaceted role combines expertise in motion design, video production, and editing to create engaging content across all platforms while maintaining brand excellence and innovation in visual storytelling. The position reports to the Creative Brand Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do
  • Create sophisticated motion graphics and animations
  • Develop dynamic brand elements for digital platforms
  • Ensure motion consistency across brand touchpoints
  • Innovate visual storytelling through animation
  • Plan and execute video shoots
  • Direct filming sessions for various content needs
  • Edit footage to create compelling narratives
  • Color grade and finish video content
  • Manage audio integration and sound design
  • Conceptualize storyboards and shot lists
  • Develop creative treatments for video content
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Present creative concepts to the team
  • Transform briefs into visual narratives
  • Maintain high production standards
  • Ensure optimal output for various platforms
  • Manage project file organization
  • Execute advanced post-production techniques
  • Partner with pod teams on integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with writers for content alignment
  • Support brand managers with multimedia needs
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed
  • Contribute to creative process improvements
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meet production deadlines consistently
  • Manage content versions and iterations
  • Document technical specifications
  • Maintain organized asset libraries
What You’ll Need
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
